Markakis vs BJ

Postby cygar13 » Fri Jun 18, 2010 1:17 pm

I just offered BJ for Markakis. I know Markakis is boring, but he is a pretty talented guy and should have a nice 2nd half. As far as BJ, he is very fast with some pop, but his 0-4's wear out my team batting average to the extreme. I just had to do something. Please any insight on this will be appreciated.

I'd want BJ.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!

I guess u didn't update your signature coz I saw Wood there at 3B...

BJ should hit .250 rest of the way, and he is not the only one. Stubbs, Pena, J-Up and Lind are also dragging down your BA. In your logic, they should all been dealt, which you won't do...

I think you can do a better job than moving BJ for Kakis.

HAHAHAHA...

I still have Wood on my roster!

As far as Lind and Pena, they haven't been in my line up most of the year. I played Pena last week during his HR binge, but he is back on the bench now.

As far as Stubbs, yes he has been an anchor on the team batting average, but if you really look at his style, he is basically BJ Upton. He might not steal as many bags, but he should hit a few more HR's.
