Time to drop Anderson ?

Will Anderson see any playing time for the rest of the season? It seems like he won't so I'm thinking about dropping him for:

Brady Quinn (Week 12-Houston, Week 13-Colts) - Not favorable matchups
Matt Cassel (Week 12-Miami, Week 14-Seattle, Week 15-Oakland) - Pretty good matchups
Trent Edwards (Week 12-KC, Week 13-San Fran, Week 14-Miami) - Excellent matchups
Kerry Collins (Week 13-Detroit, Week 14-Cleveland, Week 15-Houston) - Pretty good matchups

I'm thinking Cassel or Edwards, what do you guys think? I need to win most of my remaining weeks to get into the playoffs so I need a sweet pickup!

You still have Anderson? Punt him.

Cassel would be my choice but don't play him against Oakland in week 15. I forget who your other qb is, Orton? Is Thigpen available? He faces NO, Buff, Oak, Den, SD weeks 11 thru 15, all sweet except Oakland.

You might want to pick both those guys up, how's your standing in the league? Post it Dooode.

I'll post standings tomorrow. I'll be 5-5-1 as of tomorrow and in 5th place. I need to be top 4 for playoffs and the top 4 are a few games ahead of me so I have to win most of the remaining weeks. Thigpen is not available so I'll pickup Cassel and Yes Orton is my backup so he can play week 12 against Stl Rams & Week 15 against NO.

Anyone I should pickup to sub in this week to guarantee a win? I need to win the remaining 3 games of the season to have a shot at the playoffs so I have to take this week by week.

I don't think you have to do anything. Just sit back and watch Football Frankenstein and the purple jesus gallop through the secondarys. You have excellent matchups, albeit on the road, but I don't think that will hurt.

Lance Moore and TJ Housh might not score a point between them.

Good luck ace.

Keep an eye on Jacob's availability. Unless he's 100%, you might have to go with DeAngelo. Not all bad though.

Sorry Ace, been away.

Let's see, Jacobs may play. With Bradshaw more questionable than him Giants may risk it. Although after last week I don't trust Coughlin. At least you have both DeAngelo and Jacobs in an early game so you can monitor it. I don't like DeAngelo @ GB anyway.

Don't see how you can keep Welker out even against Pitt in a PPR league. I'd have to start him over Braylon, all it takes is one hit from Bob Sanders to take him out of the game. Remember the alligator arms.

You gonna make the playoffs if you win?
