free league, custom draft

Just wondering if anyone knows of any free sites out there that'll let you customize the draft order to compensate for traded draft picks? If we have to pay for a leauge to get this we will, but wanted to see if there were any free leagues that allowed this. We used SportingNews last year. Thanks.
