yeah i don't think the definition is quite there either. basically a dominating young arm. maybe a minor league arm that's clearly the "top of his class" and is "graduating" to the majors with immense hype / potential. air quotes optional.

I'm more on board with "Lincecumshot," which would be a pitcher who has enormous hype and promise, but just makes a mess on the mound, i.e. Chris Tillman. But we already have "roofie," so why change that?
