It depends on your team's needs. If you don't really need the steals and are hurting for power, you might drop Borbon.

Honestly, I wouldn't be too worked up about grabbing Soriano. If you play Chris Davis regularly, Soriano's AVG will likely do you more damage than his modest power potential could even help you.
