Roster advice; trade for SP?

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Roster advice; trade for SP?

Postby Dwright5 » Sun May 05, 2019 9:25 am

Team in signature. I'm contemplating trying to make a big move for a starter. I follow Grey's draft advice and you can see my starting pitching.

Right now, I'm in 1st place in my league by a thin margin. I have 49.5/50 points on offense and about 30/50 points with pitching.

My league is a keeper league. Would it be worth doing something like Machado for a top starter to try to improve my pitching numbers? I won't be keeping Machado next year and I think my offense is pretty stacked (I just picked up Aguilar a few days ago who looks like he's turning it around). Matt Olson will be returning from the DL soon and I could even call up Vlad Jr or Senzel (or both) to make up for trading Machado.

Just trying to explore my options here. Thanks for the help.

I wouldn't trade a big bat like Machado for an SP

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!
