Keeper advice por favor

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Keeper advice por favor

Postby BigSeph » Thu Feb 15, 2018 3:27 am

I mean, I guess it's a good problem to have. 12-team H2H, keep 4 batters and 4 pitchers.

Struggling to figure out which 4 bats to keep.

Acuna
Benintendi
Bregman
Trout
Buxton
Mookie

If you don't squat on a young guy, you usually don't see him available again. Trout and Mookie are easy, we have 2 util spots and 3 OF spots so carrying 4 OFs isn't the end of the world. I pick 3rd in the draft, so good chance one of those guys ends up back on my team. Really don't want to expose Acuna to a couple of vultures in front of me though.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!

If you pick 3rd and don't want to expose Acuna...I'd throw back Bregman and Benintendi and re-draft which ever you like better.

Thanks gentlemen.

My real issue was how to value Buxton, sounds like you both think he's top-4 for sure.

I'm fine with Benintendi's safe floor. If somebody takes Acuna, life goes on. Benny will be in the lineup from opening day on, Acuna might get service timed.
