Keepers

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Keepers

Postby cyler8 » Tue Jun 27, 2017 9:14 am

I know it's a bit early in the year but I currently have, as I see it, about 15 solid keepers. I wanted a bit of guidance on who I should eye keeping and who I should look at dealing maybe for an upgrade, picks ect. Currently sitting 5th and most likely not winning this year. But next year I should be right there in contention as the league is changing a bit.

League next year is going to be Roto 6X6 with the below categories. 8 teams 25 man rosters:
AVG, OPS, HR, RBI, SB, R
W, ERA, WHIP, QS, SV+H, K

We are allowed 10 keepers. Here is my roster now:

Kyle Schwarber
Edwin Encarnacion
Jonathan Schoop
Alex Bregman
Trevor Story
Nelson Cruz
JD Martinez
George Springer
Christian Yelich
Wil Myers
Mallex Smith
Nomar Mazara
Rougned Odor
Ian Kinsler
Gregory Polanco
Marwin Gonzalez
Wilson Ramos
AJ Pollock
Jonathan Villar
Anthony Rizzo

James Paxton
Corey Knebel
Kelvin Herrera
Justin Wilson
Felipe Rivero
Jose Quintana
Danny Salazar
Aaron Sanchez

Thanks for the input.

Kinsler, JD, Cruz, Marwin, Ramos, and all of your pitchers except Paxton and Knebel will likely have more value this year than next

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!
