13 team, roto, auction, 9 keepers - help with 1

$260 salary, used only for starters (reserves are drafted in a snake draft following the auction).

I am trying to decide between Segura (1 yr, $2) or Soler (2 yrs, $11 per). My team is below, with one spot open for my 9th keeper. Available shortstops will be Desmond and Santana, maybe Tulo (then falls off), and I could find a serviceable blah 2B for MI. Should I just play it safe and keep Segura? Or keep my homeboy Soler and make sure to get Desmond?

I'd go with Soler. Especially if you can get one of those SS you mentioned.
