Dynasty Team... blow it up or stay the course?

My dynasty team did pretty terrible last year and now I've ended up with the 2nd pick in the upcoming MiLB draft (probably will pick Tomas or Castillo) and a dilemma as to whether I should blow up my team, keep it as is, or make a few minor moves.

I had a lot of injuries last year (Machado, Belt, etc) and a few busts that I hope will right the ship (Segura) along with a lot of youth that might finally see their full potential (Harper).

I've listed the team below and would love some feedback. I'm leaning towards keeping it as is.. maybe making a run for a better 1B (or do I hope Belt stays healthy?) or moving some minor leaguers for a stud SP. Thoughts?

This is a 12 team, H2H pts. league.

Thanks for any help!

C- Ramos, 1B – Belt, 2B – Kendrick, 3B – Arenado, SS – Segura, OF – Harper, Heyward, Polanco, UT – Machado, Bench – Craig, Profar

SP – Cole, Gausman, Miller, Bailey, Darvish, Gray, RP – Doolittle, Allen, Bench – C. Martinez, Salazar, Odorizzi,

Minors – Correa, Frazier, McGuire, Glasnow, Urias, Kingham, Zimmer, Wisler, Hunter

I wouldn't blow it up, I definitely wouldn't trade for an SP... Maybe a better 1B, but depends what you can get
