Christian Friedrich

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Christian Friedrich

What's your opinion on him? 17 K's, 2 ER and 2 BB is pretty damn impressive (albeit vs the Padres and Giants) Good for a flier on Saturday vs the Mariners?

I watched his last game and he looked great. I'm starting him in NL only against the Mariners. It could be another great start or could be a line like 4 innings with 6 Earned Runs. Risk abounds with rookie pitchers (especially a fly ball pitcher in Coors). What is your appetite for risk?

He looked amazing his last two starts and only gave up a homer (not a cheapy) to Blanco in SF. Could come hot out of the gate but I am really wondering how he does at Coors. If he can adjust and keep the Ks up then he should be fine at home. If the Ks slide and his flyballs go up then he is in trouble and it could be an up and down year.

I just picked him up in my NL Only 12 Team 5x5 and I am hoping to ride the Ks for as long as they are there.

Id say that if he wins against Sea try and get a quick sell of him. you wont ever be comfortable with him in your lineup when he starts at home.

So is it worth grabbing him for his start against Seattle at home?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!

Probably should have reconsidered that move.

I lost 9.5pts in my roto league, mainly thanks to Friedrich and Detwiler.
