Ponson? Wow, who was the other owner? Your 12 year old sister? That's awful.

I'd keep Howard, Vlad, Chipper, Abreu, Werth and Crisp. I went with the slight upside of Crisp over Hunter, but it's pretty much a tossup/dealer's choice. Considering the rest of that team, your keepers aren't...Well they're okay. Not great.
