Early Keeper Feeler

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Early Keeper Feeler

Postby cyler8 » Tue Oct 03, 2017 12:38 pm

Below is my current roster. The league is a 6 X 6 OPS league where the categories are as follows:

H, R, HR, RBI, SB, OPS
W, QS, SV+H, ERA, WHIP, K

Here is what I have to choose from, we get to keep 10 players:

Anthony Rizzo
George Springer
Kyle Schwarber
Rhys Hoskins
Whit Merrifield
Jorge Polanco
AJ Pollock
Nicholas Castellanos
Carlos Santana
JD Martinez
Charlie Blackmon
Yasiel Puig
Tommy Pham
Alex Bregman
Jonathan Schoop
Nomar Mazara
Gregory Polanco
Domingo Santana
Trevor Story
Tim Anderson
Rougned Odor (guessing no on this one lol)
Jonathan Villar
James Paxton

Right now the no brainers I am keeping are:
Rizzo
Springer
Blackmon
JD Martinez

But other than that I see a lot of toss ups.

Thank you!

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!

Maybe it would be better to eliminate who is not really a keeper.

At this point, without C eligibility, is Schwarber a keeper in such a shallow league? (its Yahoo).
I also feel like Mazara is probably not a good keeper due to his issue hitting lefties.

I did some thinking and I think this makes sense to me as a list of 10. Can you see if there are any guys you think I should NOT keep.

Rizzo
Merrifield
Bregman
Schwarber
Pollock
Hoskins
Blackmon
JD
Springer
Schoop
