I like Pagan over Yelich. I also like Castro over Bonifacio, but since that would leave you without a back-up at 2B, I could understand holding on to Bonifacio.

He does not look good through two starts, but since a strained groin cost him a couple weeks during spring training, it may take him longer than would otherwise be expected to round into form.

I also like the Stanton side of the deal.

I like Frazier the best from that group. Are you benching or reserving Zimmerman? I wouldn't drop him just yet.

I saw Braun go for 90% of value at an NL only auction yesterday, but I dropped out of the bidding at 50% of full value. I think the 3 most likely scenarios with Braun for 2014 are below and the first 2 would severely hurt his value. (1) He hits the DL and is out for a while (I doubt a short DL stint...

I prefer Lohse and Morton. Between the home park and the expected weak offense, I'm concerned about Burnett this season.

I would not drop any of those players for Bonifacio. He had a start like this the first week of 2009 and then turned back into the Bonifacio we've seen the rest of his career. Check out his 2009 game log for the first week and then his final 2009 stats.

Yesterday, I would have run to hit the accept button, but after the news today on Braun's thumb, I would pass on that deal.
