I don't think you can change it once the season starts.

It's matter of personal preference, obviously, but I prefer something in the 30+ range. Consider this: 2 great starts and a few relief appearances (this can happen in one night) can easily amount to 18-20 IP.

A really nice pick in round 17 or later can really give your team a leg up on the competition. Of course, a lot of these guys end up on waivers at some point, and some don't even make it to opening day on your roster, so it's alright to get creative in hoping you land a big fish.
