Masterson
I love K's and groundballs as much as the next guy, but I'm starting to get this feeling that those Ks will come at with price of ruining my ERA and WHIP. I can't count on him to keep committing timely throwing errors (saving himself from 5 ERs over his past 2 starts). Grey, I see why you love the g...

That trade is highway robbery.

Re: Andruw Jones
If he's hitting, I don't think playing time will be an issue. The CWS lineup isn't exactly tearing it up and you've got to think the Ozzie-Kotsay love affair has to end soon. Whether Andruw will keep hitting or not is, of course, a completely different question, but it's worth a shot to find out, I ...

Re: Duch or Masterson
I'd cut Ervin. I like Masterson a little better overall, but I could see him being a WHIP liability (though he has only walked 2 so far). I haven't played in too many H2H leagues, but I'd consider Masterson even though he won't help you WHIP. Duchs won't save your WHIP and there's no point in being ...

Re: Justin Masterson
Ah, saved by the pitcher throwing error. Well played, Masterson.
If he can hang around for 6 innings, he might strikeout 10

Re: alfonso soriano
It depends on your team's needs. If you don't really need the steals and are hurting for power, you might drop Borbon. Honestly, I wouldn't be too worked up about grabbing Soriano. If you play Chris Davis regularly, Soriano's AVG will likely do you more damage than his modest power potential could e...

Re: Justin Masterson
It makes me nervous to start him, but he destroys right-handers and 2 of the 3 Ranger lefties couldn't hit a beachball with a tennis racket right now.
I predict a solid game, but Hamilton gets his first HR of the season.

Re: Everybody's doing it...its the ranking game, OF edition.
Willingham, Rasmus, D.Young, McL, FraGu... And I'm predicting that Grey will move FraGu ahead of McLouth. I predict he'll move FraGu ahead of all of them. I would too. FraGu offers something that none of those other OFs offer: A chance to go 20-20 and not kill your AVG. After FraGu, I'd go Rasmus, ...
