Re: Need an Outfielder or a SS - please Help!!

Ichiro and Aybar for me. Aybar could be a runs machine this year if he sticks in the 2 spot. Also, Espinosa's batting average is pretty much his biggest drawback, so that doesn't seem like a good fit.

Re: Middle Infield Sleepers

Weeks and Jeter, although I am not sure about the price. Shouldn't be much more than Kendrick or Scutaro based on what I have seen.

Re: Axford vs. Hanrahan

Well I am a little biased because I have good luck with Hanrahan for 2 years running now. But I would take him over Axford. For one, Hanrahan did not lose his job for a couple of weeks and completely lose his release (I assume). And, while I understand your point about the AL East, I don't think it ...

Re: Help with 2 Choices: 1. Keeper and 2. First overall pick

Any other hitters you can keep? Must be a limit on how many years you can keep players. And I agree Miggy. Just don't like the idea of Castro as the basis of your offense. I mean he is solid everywhere and doesn't hurt you, but in H2h, I prefer to set up a consistent advantage in a few cats. Bruce i...

Word on Pineda?

Has anyone heard anything about Pineda? When will he be back and where would you draft him? Imo the AL east is going to be worse than usual this year with the Orioles and Blue Jays spending money. And I have a hard time seeing the Yankees winning more than 80 games, if that. If he is back in May, ti...

So hamilton has to hit 3rd, right? And Pujols clean up? Or the other way? And who is leading off?

Re: Brett Lawrie 2013...

Well I hate him because he sucked last year and I reached. So, if history holds, I will refuse to draft him even if he falls a little and someone will get a steal. As long as I (and many other burnt owners from last year) don't convince myself to draft him where he probably should be drafted, I thin...

Re: Brett Gardner

If the Yankees trade Granderson as is being speculated, don't they have to play Gardner essentially every day? And if they do, and his pinky toe doesn't fall off, I actually like him quite a bit for this year.

Re: middle- and late-round keepers

I would go Vmart and Medlen. I think Middlebrooks is next but I hate the sophomores. Bet he slumps next year and is a great deal the following.
