Keeper Qs

Hi Grey, hi 'ballers, happy spring training!

For the team in my sig, I've started selecting my keepers. I'm unsure between AJ Pierz or Brett Anderson for the final spot, but I'm leaning toward AJ. Any advice on that, or any of my other keeper choices? Thunks~

Trade QB for RB

Would you rather trade Drew Brees for LeSean McCoy or RGIII for Ryan Mathews? Here is my team: QB: RGIII RB: Ahmad Bradshaw RB: Kevin Smith WR: Andre Johnson WR: Victor Cruz TE: Brandon Pettigrew FLEX: Denarious Moore D/ST: Falcons K: David Akers BENCH: Drew Brees, Fred Davis, Mario Manningham, Jare...

Re: Making room for Lawrie

Yeah I thought as much. Looking at my team I'm not sure Eaton would even be in the top-15 to keep anyway. Youth tempts me in keeper leagues. =/

Making room for Lawrie

Is back in town. He gets the start against the Red Sox tonight. This forces my hand to activate him off my DL. As he's a keeper, who do I drop for him? I had picked Eaton first, but only because I'd had just picked him up a few hours ago. And that thought process, just might be lazy. So drop my Garr...

Re: Skaggs vs Straily

Personally, I'm keeping Anderson on retainer. From there I'd go Straily, Skaggs (matchups), Lynn (matchups). I might higher on Anderson than others though, second opinions wouldn't hurt. ;) Edit: Lynn's outta the rotation, so he's outta this equation. http://www.rotoinfo.com/comments-2012_08_05_02_2...

Re: need a solid starter rest of the way

I'd vote Garcia out of those six if you really want a static guy.

My suggestion would be to just stream that spot though. If you have those six guys on your wire, I'm sure you could stream-o-nate good matchups for h2h.

Re: ROS SP RANK 'EM

Brett Anderson Chris Capuano Brandon Morrow Mike Minor Kris Medlen Jamie Garcia I'd go with: Morrow, Medlen, Garcia, Capuano (matchups), Minor (matchups), Anderson (matchups). With Anderson I could move him ahead of Capuano based on his next two starts, but by then it's September and someone might s...

Re: Roster Eval

Revere himself is taken, but the wire has: Lombardozzi Jon Jay Brandon Crawford Scutaro Venable LeMahieu Coco Crisp DeJesus Frandsen Aybar I was also offered: Maybin, Verde, Marmol -- for my Motte, Street and Vitters. Street is just taking up a DL spot and Vitters is in my farm, so short-term it's b...

Re: Best move(s) for playoffs roster?

I would suggest Wilhelmsen over Pestano, focusing on saves over holds. I would also consider Cishek over Wandy or someone on your offensive bench if you have that option, to give you that cat-win. But that really depends on your match-up, and if Wilhelmsen and Cishek have remained on your wire, then...
