Hi Grey -

I think I have enough power to give up Huff in a 6x6 league (including OBP). In a vacuum, assuming I could potentially pick up a few spots in steals if Pierre remotely has a reasonable steals pace, do you think it's an even or reasonable swap?

Any suggestions of players I should look to trade for some speed right now? I have a ton of power and think I could pick up five spots in the standings with some speed. Was thinking of offering Carlos Pena for Juan Pierre, but I can't stomach offering such a productive player for one who's just...no...

Jon Lester, Billingsley, Jaime Garcia, Ryan Dempster, Ricky Romero, Kris Medlen

Shockingly, Cueto is still on waivers. Doubt I can get much in a trade for a pitcher. Think it's worth dropping any of those guys for Johnny C?

Does anyone think Andruw Jones is worth a roster spot at this point? 12-team, 6x6 league with holds and OBP. Unfortunately I have Matsui DH'ing but I'd have to think one or both of them will get OF eligibility soon. Wondering whether others think it's worth speculating on Andruw or using the roster ...

6th on the waiver wire for Fowler. Hope SS gets demoted in exactly 3 days.

I should think so - too much proven talent despite the crowded outfield - but appreciate the thoughts.

Very good thought. I did that with both Cueto and Volquez last year...not that I did it skillfully, but I did it. It was tough for me to bid up starters when they only account for 1/3 of the stats. I imagine injuries or slow starts might force me to consider the waiver wire or streaming. Appreciate ...

Thanks Grey. Last question and I'll leave you to your underground lair: in a holds league, is it valuable to keep MRs like League, Grabow and Rodney because they can both get holds and are the likely closers-in-waiting? Or should I keep my relievers unhedged and just aim for holds?
