Re: Ryan Ludwick - Fair Trade Offer?

Thanks for the response. So do you think Ludwick will have a big second half and finish with similar numbers to his 2008 season? Seems like Puljols is on base every time Ludwich steps in the batters box. As far as the trade, I knew Jurrjens & Pence was a lot to give up but it seems like people in th...

Re: David Price

It sounds like it's between Price and Romero then? Well, I own Price and he's hurt me pretty bad. His last start was decent but I think it's going to be a roller coaster ride in the second half. Price may have the potential to throw a no hitter but his floor is below sea level. His ceiling is higher...

Re: Weaver for Ellsbury

This decision partially depends on when Beltran will finally be ready. His right knee is messed up so who knows how much he'll run when he gets back, which could be another 2-3 weeks. Of the 6 players you listed I like the following for your situation: Kemp Ellsbury Hamilton Lind (He won't run but i...

Ryan Ludwick - Fair Trade Offer?

I was thinking of making a trade for Ryan Ludwick - what are your guys thoughts on what he'll do in the second half? The owner currently has the outfielder collecting dust on his bench and has missed out on his recent red hot tear. That being said, the owner tends to over value his players so my off...

Re: stick with Lowell?

Agree with Grey , Lowell shouldn't be dropped and Iannetta is worth holding for awhile longer. I own the Rockies catcher and think he's starting to turn the corner. Judging from what he did in 2008, the man has sick power.

Re: Chris Davis

AEllis28 if you need to drop someone, like the previous poster mentioned, Wang is definitely the one. Even if you Davis is taken before you, drop Wang anyways. He's still got a lot of issues to work out and he's never offered much in regards to strikeouts, K/BB and playing in that band box they call...

Re: Flip that Closer!

Not everyone agrees with me, but I'm a huge fan of Aaron Hill. Maybe try shopping Rafael Soriano & Lopez for Hill. If that doesn't work, I think Bartlett could be a decent upgrade at SS and I'd try the same combination for him.
