@ThePoonTycoon: CBS is awful, and Yahoo is a mixed hat depending on who is writing for the day and how much alcohol Brad Evans has. I never look at ESPN for they seem to lay to much hype on the big names. I watch their Baseball tonight and want to vomit most of the time...Blah!

@Grey: Sure...experience in being crap, hes got lots of that. He just hasnt been any good since coming over, only reason hes on the roster is a lack of a better option. Really dont see it...and even if he was the closer I don't think he'd be worth it, he's just not good.

My Liriano and Buchholz for his Lackey? I am in first and could use the upgrade with the ghost of Liriano haunting my pitching staff, but don’t want to regret trading away Buchholz like the time I traded Johan Santana for Paul LoDuca.

(In my defense, I won back to back titles with LoDuca on the squad!)

@Kris: Lol you dropped Upton? As I said awhile back thats really what got Melvin the axe (well other than sitting on his hands while we kept losing and losing) was not playing Upton everyday. The GM basically told him he needs to play everyday and Melvin got all pissy, its my team etc etc. The front office was right of course, the kids got incredible talent and a lot of fire.

@Grey: Really, really, doubt Rauch would be the closer if Qualls is hurt/struggling. Pena or Guiterrez would be the guy. Pena has the stuff but as I was saying he's one of those guys who will strike two guys out then hang a slider for a HR so hes not the best fit. Rauch just hasnt been any good since coming over from the Natinals.

@matthole: inge is far from borderline starter if he has C eligibility. no way i take that trade if inge is C eligible. assuming you have inge at C where he should be playing since there are only maybe 3 Cs i'd bet put up better overall numbers than him by the end of the year.

@Eric H.: if you get bj upton, hanley, and huff for wright and kemp, i'd be all over it. call me crazy, but i think upton has a strong finish to him. i think he's a prime buy low candidate, as at least half his owners have reached the disgusted point with him (the other half are smart and willing to wait him out knowing that whatever chump they can pull in a trade would be a minimal improvement at best).

(10 team, 6×6 OPS and WHIP): Was offered his Holliday, Votto, and Kuroda for my Hawpe, Sabathia, and Frank Squared. I desperately need R’s and HR’s, don’t need saves…I still have C-bill$, Shields, J Johnson, Ubaldo, C Young, and Hanson (OF- Beltran, Abreu, Damon). Would I be better served asking for his V-Mart instead of votto? This is the kid that picked up my J Upton when I thought he was getting demoted, so I’m not trying to do him any more favors.

Here we go, another trade in progress. Beltran and Bruce for Kinsler and Floyd. I guess I am not quite a winner but I am quite full of OF as I have Jones, Pierre, Damon, Markakis, Beltran, Abreu, Bruce and 2B/SS/OF Alexei. So I can easily give up some. On the other hand I am lacking some solid 2B with Alexei, who I don´t believe in and Lopez, who I actually hate. So Kinsler would sorta come in handy. That said, my infield would consist of Fielder, Kinsler, Miguel Cabrera and Rollins
