He had some off-the-field issues that distracted him and kept him out of plenty of games in 2007, but despite his anemic OBP skills, he could put up some surprisingly-big power numbers. Meanwhile, there isn’t really anyone on Cincinnati’s bench that’s pushing to take over the starting job.
