The Nationals will stick to their 160 innings-limit, and Strasburg has been scratched from what would have been his final start Wednesday against the Mets. Strasburg will finish his 2012 with a 15-6 record, 3.16 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 197 strikeouts in his first full season since recovering from Tommy John surgery.”
