Which pitcher from my RCL staff would you drop for Edwin Jackson?

SP: Beckett, Zambrano, Harang, Young, Weaver, Jimenez, Maine
RP: Ryan, F. Cordero, Downs, Franklin

Should I drop Downs or Franklin or Maine?

Grey, is Swisher seriously still 14-team mixed material? He's looking so puntable. They even pinch ran him after he hit a double. I think they really must hate him.

I am in a shallow (10 teams) Yahoo League, trying to decide if I should add Escobar to the DL, or Smoltz, or both. I currently have Hamels, Billingsley, Shields, Josh Johnson, and Slowey. With such a shallow pool on the WW, not sure its worth it to "stache"" on the DL.

@ Cubbies299 - I like Zumaya, especially if your thin at closer. I gotta believe this time with Rodney will be like the last time with Rodney. Seen this story before. Of course, Zumaya's story is starting to be shown in reruns as well.

Might as well float some offers and see if you can't get back a little somethin somethin for him.

Would you drop Gardner for the Great FraGu or Brad Penny? Also, who you liking best as a DL stash: Noah Lowry, Zumaya, or Hill? (currently have Zumaya on mine, and I haev no idea what Lowry's timetable is..)

HR Alex Gordon. And the breakout begins. Small sampling size be damned, I think this is the year he finally hits 162 Hrs.

I saw this Sabathia movie already last year. The ending is great but it takes a little while to get going.

I have to bench him in his next start right? Until he forces me to put him in? That is what I did with him last year and I have a good staff this year besides him;

Harden
Cain
Lowe
Slowey
Lillly

Sit that fat @ss, correct?

@cockyphoenix: Yeah, he did. I remember that, by the end of the night, our whipping boy Mike was finalizing a trade of CC for him. Good thing I waffle-stomped that by offering him Ellsbury and netting GG Fatbathia all for myself.

@Frank Rizzo: All the signs point towards sitting Shields today, but the excitement of a new season has me starting him anyways.

He has been brutal at Fenway: 0W - 3L, 10.2IP, 18H, 12ER, 10.13ERA, 1.97WHIP and a .360BAA.

But he has been good out of the gate in April:

10GS, 4W - 1L, 68IP, 57H, 24ER, 3.18ERA, 1.03WHIP, .220BA

I will hope the April pitching line is closer to today's performance rather then the Fenway pitching line.
