Why, same reason why Bud Norris was effective for a few starts. That is all the starts he should get this year. However, I like Hellickson more than Davis, but that is just me. I would like to see Sonnanstine and his awful name to be bumped from the rotation for Hellickson. Or just trade him to the National League and see him become an effective starter. I think the Rays would be wise to let Davis start next year. He has been in the minors too long.
