Hah! it’s amazing in that same “‘perts” league my offense is smoking hot and I have both Rollins and Granderson…yet somehow someone’s offense is so good they drop Konerko this early? It almost makes me hesitant to pick him up as it seems the previous owner may know something I don’t! I haven’t seen much of Konerko this year, but if Andruw Jones was dropped I wouldn’t waste a WW on him, so I’m going to pass on Konerko and hope the guy who dropped him knew what he was doing. I also have the unstoppable Derek Lee on my squad…I told you in a previous post his doubles would translate into HR this year…hopefully I didn’t just jinx myself.

yea, he’s worrying me a bit although the one start(2 starts ago) he was pitching spectacularly until that 4th inning blow up.

Would you drop Marmol or Parra or neither to pick up Jurrjens? I like having Marmol around since I have Wood as well and he picks up some nice occasional K’s and innnings and Parra hasn’t been having great starts lately but he’s got awesome potential.

No question, Renteria + Hawpe for Rollins is nonsense trade (bullshit even), but if I can give up nonsense for Rollins, I’m doin’ it!

Other guy has a lot of hitters on his bench so it’s tough to identify his needs. Might try another tack – he only has one closer (Valverde) so what about Renteria (who is starting to heat up by the looks) plus Riviera/Saito/izzy/Street?

Ok, its good to know this shift is nothing new.

As for keeping 2, i kinda have to. Cain and Oswalt have been miserable at the back end of my rotation, so i need the depth. Cain I assume will rebound, but Oswalt is a really tough play right now.

and McGowan has disappointed.
