@Grey: Yeah, I'll be stuck playing for 3rd in that league. Its funny because I did a friend a favor and drafted his team for him and he ended up being the team I faced in the semis. He did make a shitload of moves in the regular season so I can only claim 7 out of the 23 players on his roster. I should have 3rd locked up no problem, now I can "focus" on the RCL.

It can really only hurt me to start him, right?” Me-”Seriously, you have to bench him. It’s not like he’s gonna throw a no hitter or anything. Thats really the only way it would be worth it.” Lucky for him, it all worked out since his opponent had Berkman, but it was kind of crazy watchin the zeros pop up on the box. Anyone wanna have the same conversation with me about slowey tomorrow round dinner time?

@BSA: Ethier's set to return to the team on Monday, so you should be all right there. I have no idea who's available as far as two starts go, but Kuroda, Slowey, Morrow, Aceves, Pedro, Lannan, in that order, are possibilities. I wouldn't touch Ohlendorf, if I were you. @p0rk burn: So you lost? That's it?

Stupid Brett Myers. My only consolation is that I would have lost even if I had started Shields and JJ yesterday. Hard to do anything when your offense craps the bed. I would have had a shot if Alfonso hadn’t been rained out. Eff you Ike!

Eh, Cassell will do fine. My thought is that he will land somewhere between Golden Boy Brady and mediocre – that is still pretty good. Belicheck ain’t stupid, obnxious and stubborn, but not stupid.

Alright – now I am switching over activities for the next twenty minutes or so.

As to everyone gone for the night I just made a similar comment in my weekly H2H league where it is the playoffs and not one comment.

How about Lester? It’ll be interesting to see where I draft him next year.
Myers looks like a CG and Werth was definitely worth picking up this week asI played him and sat Atkins this week.
Grandy went 0-7 while Markakis and Wright both hit 2 HRS.

Oh well, drink one for me, I have to get back to the work that gets me a bonus and some more credibilty.

Hey I carried this from the Ethier post – thought you wanted Razzball posts to have Razzball comments but I guess it was the hall of fame posts. Anyway, to help you streamline and not click around.

@Grey: C’est La Vie. With the way McLouth has heated up and the number of games next week I may ride Markakis, Grandy, McLouth in the outfield with Werth in utility. Grandy was icey this week so a shortened week of Ethier may be better. Opinion?

As to SP next week I was thinking of riding Billingsley, Liriano, Myers, Ohlendorf, Shields, and Volstad with Broxton closing over Fuentes.
On the bench I have Wainwright. Any under the radar two starters to look for?

Grey – I picked up Scherzer last night just in case. Start him against Cinci to try to counter Myers?

I have 3 wins to his 2, 1 loss to his 2, 2 homeruns allowed to his 3, 5 walks issued to his 8, 23 Ks to his 19, ERA is 3.12 to his 5.76, 1.00 WHIP to his 1.40.

Tied 9-9.
