Ralph and Halp are coming at you hot off the press this morning, or more accurately, hot off the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). This is our farm-to-table, grass fed, free range edition of the Prospect Podcast. We started the recording at 8:45 AM and it’s hopefully going to drop at 11 AM (if I can finish this write-up in time). The podcast gets off to a rolling start when we debate just how early is too early to teach your child that beautiful Cody Bellinger uppercut, rather than hammering home that boring “keep your elbow up” batting stance that I’m sure every single kid to ever play Little League is completely sick and tired of hearing about. We then transition into tons of prospect talk, starting with Gleyber Torres, Rafael Devers, Dinelson Lamet, and Tom Murphy, before moving on to some players who are absolutely killing the game right now, including Ronald Acuna, Kyle Tucker, Corey Ray, Jack Flaherty, Dustin Fowler, Brendan Rodgers, Scott Kingery, and many more. It’s the latest edition of the Razzball Fantasy Baseball Prospect Podcast.

You guys are the best. lm looking forward to listening though I can sense a Ralph vs Grey fight over Halp nearing

    Quick question :

@J-Hova: hahaha … thanks, J-Hova! I wouldn’t drop Thames, and Nunez is a tough drop because he is probably your major steal producer and also tons of positional flexibility. Maybe Nunez if you are set at steals and he is only a bench bat for you.

@J-Hova: He does seem like someone you have to figure out a way to pick up though, even in a 10 teamer.

@J-Hova: Halp and I have an open relationship. Grey’s going to have to deal with a thruple sitch.

        @Ralph Lifshitz:

Hahha. Thanks guys. Nunez has been a big help since Marte went all Ultimate Warrior on me so I’ll hold for now. I’m up pretty big in most power categories.

I seriously look forward to these podcasts a ton. Please don’t ever get taken over by robots

I haven’t had a chance to listen yet, away from home. Thank you guys for your work. Absolutely my favorite part about Razzball is your coverage on prospects. And that’s saying something because I have followed Grey for a while.

I have my pickings of any minor league SP in 12 team redraft plus any open spot on my roster. Walker Buehler or Luke Weaver worth holding over De Leon? This particular league is not aggressive on the minor league guys so I’m holding Moncada and can get Barreto, Bronson, or Meadows too!

Thanks again for all you guys do!

@Sport: Thanks! I know exactly how you feel. Prospects are just a ton of fun to follow when you get into Dynasty Leagues and keeper leagues. And even redraft too when all of them start getting called up.

None of those guys have a definite spot right now, so it is just trying to guess who gets hurt or traded. I’m not really any of them are must holds in a 12 team redraft. Maybe Brinson just because of his upside if he does get the call. And I can see going Weaver over De Leon just because he will be in a much better pitching environment.

@Halp: The AL east has me concerned for all of Tampa’s prospects. That’s why I was leaning on Weaver but I think for this particular league I have the luxury of waiting for the call ups. I will keep following you guys on twitter for the news. Thank you!

    Good show boys,

looking to next year already in one 15 team keeper:

Meadows, Acuna, Tucker, Fisher, Barreto, Albies, who is best stache?

    Also Tim Anderson or Pinder?

    JC RAM or Folty

    thanks lads!

@nightpandas: Thanks, nightpandas. With a focus on next season, I think I am still leaning Meadows. He has really been coming on of late, slashing .326/.370/.478 in last 23 games.

I’ll also still go Anderson over Pinder as well as Pinder has been playing.

      And I’ll go Folty

So how good is Scott Kingery? Is this legit?

    • Halp

@James: I think it is legit. Contact, speed and power. Gotta be at least a top 50 prospect right now.
