I'm considering offering Kipnis for one of the following closers... Axford, Chapman, Hanranhan or frieri. Which if any of those closers is a worthy offer for Kipnis? I have Beckham to replace Kipnis. 18 teams thanks

@Jonathan Gilpin, haha I know 15 sounds like alot and youd think Id be able to squeeze Darvish in there somewhere but I really went youth heavy in the draft so I have rediculous keepers. Heres my 15keepers to give u an idea why I might not keep Darvish... J.Montero, E.Encarnacion, Allen Craig, Brett Lawrie, Andrus, Trout, Stanton, Harper, A. Jackson, Altuve, Carlos Santana, Heyward, Strasburgh, Sale, Pedroia. I also have Samardizja and Rizzo to think about. Thanks for the advice. Unless im overvaluing one of these guys I dont think I can keep Darvish. Thanks for the advice on the trade though.

@chata, I wish I could! I live in the southeast and both Orioles and Nationals games are blacked out in my region even on MLB.TV (which I use). With Chen a rookie, I haven't been able to see him pitch in any national TV games or anything, so I don't know anything beyond the metrics, which look decent. I bet he pitches a solid game vs. the turrible Bucs.

@Paulie Allnuts, Yea Dickey is now all over the place on cover stories while Capuano is in a steep decline... I think Dickey can be a sub-3.00 ERA guy while Capuano is probably a 4.00+ ERA guy even with his huge start. Thanks for reading!

@Donkey Show, Yea with all those CIs, slotting A Gon would be nice and I'd do it unless you're banking on Broxton racking up saves the rest of the year. He probably is going to get traded, but he's still got the role and is hot right now. I think Cap is almost cuttable and A Gon will improve to about equalize with A Gon so his position eligibility makes it a good deal in my opinion.

@wakeNbake, "We can only keep 15 players." Lol. If somehow Darvish is on the fence of your 15, then you have a killer squad! I agree with assessment of the situation. However, I have read that the physical baseball in Japan is slightly different in either weight or feel, and adjusting to the game is more than just adjusting to the English language and better hitters. He always had solid control in Japan, and I think he'll be able to turn the corner, maybe not this year, but in 2013. So if there is a cost attached to him and it's not too high, he's a great keeper. Pedroia is still the best player in the deal, but I would probably hold off. I don't like any of those "throw ins" he's offering either, I would try to get either a better toss in SP or avoid.

I got offered Pedroia for Kendrick and Darvish in my Dynasty/keeper league. We can only keep 15 players and I have alot of young players to keep so Kendrick wouldnt be kept and Im on the fence about Darvish. At first glance I was going to reject it but Im not so sure anymore. Pedroia although playing bad is obviously better than Kendrick. Darvish has alot of talent but his control is a major issue. I talked to the owner and he said he may be willing to throw me back a SP. Some of his SP that would be fair to ask to include in the deal would be E.Santana, Randall Delgado, Liriano, Hutchinson and Drabek. So do you guys think I should just accept the original offer right now or do you think I should ask for one of these SP in return? Or do you think I should just reject the offer? Thanks.
