Anywho, got a question for a keeper league: 14 teams, h2h, keep 14 each year…no penalties, indefinite keepers. Got offered Cliff Lee, Jason Kubel, and Mark Reynolds for Mark Teixiera and Ernesto Frieri…here’s my roster: (I’m in 8th of 14 right now, started in the basement after like 6 weeks thanks to Albert)

He very well could just be an early bird tho.. maybe he turns it around but its a snowball effect with him everytime.. once 1 thing goes wrong, he seems to let the other stuff build up on top.. as you said though, if he wants to start a turnaround for the 47th time, the walks need to be controlled.. and dont sweat the haters man, this is helpful stuff to people who can actually read.

I thought Zambrano might have some value left in him, but I don’t think he’s trustable unless maybe at Petco or in San Francisco, but I’m not looking at the schedule and don’t know if that’s the case. I know Marlins Park is playing out like a pitcher’s park, but with Big Z walking so many guys it doesn’t really matter where he’s pitching. Thanks for reading man! They’re obviously not for everyone and not with Grey’s awesome humor, but will hopefully help out with some fringe guys with what I’m seeing.

Bruce obviously has the higher upside, but both Wieters and Freeman could step it up and both are cheaper. Say one pans out and takes the next step and then you’ve got them secured and can throw back the other. I’d probably do that deal.

Thinking about offering up Plouffe and Nova for Verlander once Bonifacio is back. Peavy is my best arm followed by guys like Nova, Worley, Anibal. No true ace.
