I’m such a pessimistic Mets fan, that I seem to purposely shy away from them. Pagan’s been really solid. He seems to be stepping on all of the bases this year. His current .331 BABIP isn’t far off his career .323 mark.

Unfortunately the Mets will probably bench him if/when Beltran gets back and play Frenchy. This in spite of his 1.7 WAR tying Wright for team lead.

Gotta say, big ups for your quantity-not-quality strategy suggestion for H2H this year.

Because I was able to draft the guys I wanted when I wanted, I’ve been lucky enough to get quality AND quantity and my pitching has been killer in this league so far this year (and that includes more than a few spot starts). Best ERA, 4th best WHIP, second-most wins and enough Ks to compete.

Now, if my newly-acquired Wright, along with Tex and Lind can get it going, I’ll be looking pretty good…
