Dunn will be a huge asset to the Nationals but I do believe his fantasy value does indeed go down with this trade because until players like Elijah Dukes and Lastings Milledge stop swinging at everything, which be fixed overnight, Dunn will be hardly anybody to drive in or for anybody to drive him in…

Should I trade B. Phillips for Dye and Lind? i would have to drop either Snell or Pierre. It’s 5 OF and I currently have Rios, Crawford, Cust, Milledge, and Pierre starting at OF. I have Phillips at MI but can plug in Pherhaltah. Thanks

This is references back to an earlier question I had regarding keepers.
Reminder my league is 10 teams and each team keeps 6. The league is roto 6X6 but there has been a recent change in an offensive category. We use to have doubles but now have replaced it with OPS. OPS heavily favors sluggers, which brings me to my question…
Should I consider keeping adrian gonzalez now and stick him in my Utility spot or still keep one of my pitchers as my last keeper?

My keepers so far: Tex, Rollins, Braun, Rollins, Markakis

Last keeper possibilities: Gonzo, Billingsley, Beckett, James Shields

@Baron Von Vulturewins: I like Dukes and Milledge for late draft fliers. Both have shown 20/20 potential. Dukes ha shown more patience at the plate and more power but he's injury prone. I'd lean toward Milledge as he should play in more games, hit for a better AVG (less K's), and steal more bases...

@BVV: There is no flier to be taken on Dunn. The guy is a legit 6th rounder with an ADP of 65. You find me the next source of 80/40/85 after Dunn… Trick question! There isn’t one…

I’ve heard enough Mets hype about Milledge (not about his rap career or his penchant for high-fiving fans) that I think he HAS to perform at some point, but better prospects have been bigger busts…

I think Dukes is the breakout candidate on this team. In 276 ABs last season, he went 48/13/44/13. In 500 ABs, he’s definitely a cheap source of 20/20. The problem, of course, is the very real potential that he’s a .265 hitter. Hopefully, he matures a bit in his plate approach and isn’t quite so allergic to taking pitches…

Is Milledge still a good keeper for 2009? I’d like to think Kearns and Pena end up on the pine, Dunn plays 1B, and the outfield is Dukes/Milledge/Willingham assuming they all stay healthy.

And Dmitri Young gains 60 lbs. and goes back on his diabetes meds.
