Runs: 42-32, HRs: 16-9, RBIs: 43-29, SB: 7-2, BA: .270-.264, OPS: .829-.767

Ws: 8-7 SVs: 3-5 (sitting my closers) Ks: 90-71, ERA: 2.83-2.04, WHIP: 1.03-1.12, BSV: 0-1.

BSVs is a lock since I’m sitting my closers and I feel pretty safe on runs, HRs, RBIs and SBs so thats 5 cats. He wons the tie breaker so that means of the rest, I need to win 2.

I have 3 starters left (gio peavy and zito) and 1 move left to pick up Wood for wednesday. (should I go ahead and do that now?) My opponent has 6 starters left (Hanson, Carp, Norris, Weaver, Gallardo, Buehrle)

So I feel like with 4 starts to his 6, my lead on Ks should be safe. (even though Gio probably won’t pitch a full start)

Any thoughts on what I can do to increase my odds? I know I’m in pretty good shape, but I want to make absolutely sure I’m doing everything to give myself the best chance to finish this thing off. The other manager has been terribly lazy (left CarGo in his starting lineup until yesterday, picked up Richard today as a streamer and then dropped him for Harang an hour later wasting his 5th of 6 moves for the week) so it would really suck to blow this lead and lose to him.
