Trout should be playing this year.

Hellweg and Richards are definitely two you need to wait and see. I really like Garrett Richards. His numbers look bad but you have to remember he used to be a reliever in college and should settle in well as a starting pitcher once he cleans up his mechanics a bit more. Hellweg needs work on his mechanics, hopefully that will give him more confidence on the mound and stop being so passive with hitters and start missing some bats instead of pitching around them.

I wouldn't count on much from Amarista and Taylor Lindsey, Segura can probably stick at SS enough to play in MLB. Amarista doesn't have an arm for anywhere else but 2B, and no way his bat plays over Kendrick's so he is a UT. Lindsey strikes out way too much to even be considered an option to Kendrick. Cowart has a great arm for 3B but strikes out a ton like Lindsey.

Angels had a very good draft this year, but they are 2015 and beyond.
I like a few of the catchers they drafted, and none of those were 45th round pick Matt Scioscia.
