With Brian Wilson going down, which one of these guys available on the wire would be the best for saves? Jim Johnson, Hector Santiago, Mike Adams, Balfour, Casilla…

Johnson has four saves on the year, but he plays for the hapless Orioles. Santiago has three and seems not half bad, but is Johnson or are any of the others the better choice for RP?
