There's no way you could ever start the flyin' hawaiian (victorino) and bourn at the same time so trading bourn isn't an awful idea. You've also got depth in SP. How many can be used per week? The guys I'd be most looking to trade are Penny and Lowe since they aren't great K guys. Perhaps Shields could net a closer (i'm concerned he'll only get around 11 wins)? The other thing you can do - depending on the # of starters you can throw - is chance it and max out on W and K until a closer appears on the waiver wire (one opened up on Seattle just recently). Frankly, if I could get 17 home runs from Hill and threw Velez out there for ten steals here and there, then isn't that 17/10. Sure, it's two players instead of one, but there's off days for teams. If you throw Velez in when there's an off day for someone else, I think you can get to ten steals. Though I worry that his stock has dropped and you'll be selling low, so depends what you can get for him. He was left on the on-deck circle when the Braves lost tonight, so he was about to get in as a pinch hitter. Talk that up. BTW, I'm not saying you have to unload Johnson, I just know that Cox loves to go with righty/lefty splits and Johnson is a lefty, so you might lose him every time he faces a lefty. But when he's facing a lefty you can slot in Velez. Depends on how much work you want to do.
