Do you have inside info on Wainwright that I am missing? All reports said it wasn't too serious and to expect him back shortly after being eligible to return.

I need him to come back strong as my #2.

I feel a whole lot better about Cueto lately. He got screwed by no run support and a long rain delay today. Now Manny Parra is another matter. He got the win today but 1 to 6 K/BB?? He just flat walks too many hitters. I guess I am going to have to bench him for another month like I did prior to my activating him against the O's today.

@Baron Von Vulturewins: Hamels, Lackey, Cain, Cueto, Baker, Lowe.

The rookie pitcher thing is an adjustment period and it happens to just about all rookie pitchers. Cueto might be out of it. He's definitely worth trying on for size.

@BigFatHippo: I benched Pence today against Kaz, so of course he goes yard. Sigh.

By the way, after months of skepticism, I am now a Cuetoliever. He looked dominant against the Yanks today, and I picked him up. (He'd been dropped awhile ago by his frustrated waiver-priority-wasting owner.)

There's a recurring pattern with young pitchers -- Lincecum, Hamels -- that they struggle for a month or so when first called up, then put it all together. Maybe -- maybe -- this is Cueto turning the corner. Worth an add, at least, I think. See ya, Masa Kobayashi.

@BigFatHippo: Yes, do that. Maybe flip Hunter for a middling closer like Kevin Gregg. Saves are easy to replace, if you are vigilant.

I now have six-headed rotation of Hamels, Lackey, Cain, Lowe, S. Baker and Cueto. Of those final three, who do you like best through worst?

Thanks Grey

First offer I ever got from this guy and it's a good one. I'm up by 11.5 right now as my buddy had a huge day. Went from 23 up down to this in a week, mostly hitting. Today sucked, how the hell do I get 3 losses from 3 all stars, Kaz, Hamels and Webb. Bout to throw myself off a bridge.

Lotta ball left to play, keep Razzing.

@BigFatHippo: Yeah, you take the hit in saves, but you gotta do this trade. Hunter is what he is, which is to say boring but valuable.

EDIT: Capitalization.

@Grey

Just got offered Atkins, T Hunter and Broxton for Cantu, Nathan, and M Gonz.

I'm 1st in Saves, but 5 guys within 15 of me. Would leave me with K Rod and Franklin as closers, we don't count holds. I like Atkins but what's your take on Hunter? And do I take the hit in saves?

so I'm out of town with a busted transmission, and I'm only worth half the internet I usually am. I'm just noticing Tulo needing to come off the DL. The only options I have are to drop Morrow or Bruce or to keep Tulo inactive for a while and be denied any roster move attempts by Y! I'm about ready to drop Morrow since his back hurts and J.J.'s recovery sounds good, whaddayathink?
