@Eric W: I'd think Mets fans would love this until you hear Putz is saying he doesn't want to be anything but a closer. Way to read the room, Minaya. Then Morrow would prolly slide in as closer except he just spent a few months trying to be a starter. Then Heilman went on record saying he wanted to be a starter. The only one that's happy here is The Big Fragu, who gets to show his wares in Seattle.

Putz to the mets did not see that one coming there is no way this guy is going to be happy to be a setup man. does this mean Brandon morrow slides in as the closer or do the mariners just not have a need for a closer because that would involve them being in the lead?
