I’m behind by a couple of Ks, and up 4-3 in Wins. Counting hitting stats are all pretty close, and he has a solid (but not insurmountable) lead in AVG and OBP. I’m solidly ahead in ERA/WHIP and we’re 1-1 in Holds. He leads 6-5 overall.

As it stands, have a minimum 6 starts left, with 2 adds available, so a maximum of 8 starts.

From what I can see, he has 3 starts left and I’m pretty sure he has used up all his adds. So, all things being equal I should be able to stay ahead in Wins and overtake him in Ks.

I’m wondering what to do with my last two adds. I’d like to keep one up my sleeve for another starter just in case.

With my other add I’m tossing up between adding a Holds guy to try and get ahead in Holds (which would be huge – he has Boggs, Jepsen and Benoit. I have J Lopez) or to grab Sal Perez to sub in for my injured Mauer, who has now missed three games with a sore back.

A lot to digest there, but what do you think?
