Nothing is worse than hoping for 25 saves from a marginal closer who kills your whip and ERA (and K/9, if you're in a league like mine that uses that ration rather than straight-up Ks). Hold on a sec--I agree with trajan that I'm better off if my competition reads and takes that "don't pay for saves" stuff seriously, thereby undervaluing the top closers.
