Cliff Lee just got dumped in one my leagues! This was the league I said in a previous post is full of impatient owners! I got the number one waiver claim too! Not expecting Cy Young Cliff Lee, but something serviceable. WEEeeee!

Whatcha think of Jody Gerut as the leadoff hitter for the Pads? I just saw him fight hard in a tough 9 pitch ab with kuroda. He was great in his stint last year, but probably in for a little regression.

I hate that I’m saying this, but on a scale of 1-puntable, where do we see Nick Swisher? I only have 5 starters right now (Price in the minors and Kelvim on the DL). 14-team mixed and De La Rosa, Pursey, Micah Owings and Shawn Hill are on the wire. De La Rosa has solid K’s, Owings the control, and Shawn Hill is probably the most skilled (but his arm is made of glass). Unfortunately, I overestimated my pitching, had to drop 2 of them, and now have 5 hitters on my bench. Should I stay put or drop Swisher or Gardner for one. I’m thinking it might be better to solve this dilemma via the trade
