I could see why you'd drop Cueto for Pedro, but I don't think I would. Pedro's a smart pitcher who has the capacity to get a win, but I consider him more of a matchup type for the time being. Wins are tough to predict. And you've already got a "project" in Cueto - who has more upside. You can play Cueto for the Ks when you're way ahead/behind in WHIP/ERA for the week and not give it a second thought.
