Top 5 Buy Low and Sell High players

Trying to figure out some players to target in trades and players to think about selling high. Who are your top 5 (or more) buy low and top 5 sell high players?

Well, I'd buy low on Pujols, Batista, Tulowitzki, Votto, Cano, Adrian Gonzalez, Justin Upton...keeping in mind you'd have to make a really sweet package to convince anyone to part with them (and that's more than 5 players, I know).

Sell high: Beltran, Encarnacion, Furcal, Kipnis, LaHair, Freese, Austin Jackson (again, more than 5). To steal a Greyism, I wouldn't sell them for a half empty bottle of Purell, but I would move them for more established & proven talent if possible.

That said, you're probably not selling LaHair and Jackson for Votto. But if you can? Do it.

I'd also buy Matt Moore and Eric Hosmer.

Sell Dunn and Willingham.

Read ESPN's 60'6" and Hit Parade, both written by Tristan Cocksoft, to figure out who to buy low. Whomever he drops you should look to buy, everyone he raises you should stay away from. I don't know about you but I have many guys in my league who follow ESPN religiously.

Sure enough. He had some tired arm early in 09. That was a nice little velocity rebound.
