I'v learned to be patient in this game but I'm at a loss with this team.

I knew going into the season that I was light on power and was going to have to focus all my speculative pickups on filling that gap. But out of the gate all 3 of my CL's go out on DL as did Morris. Last week I had no starting 1B because of La Roche was also down, oh yeah so was Reimold, Gardner, and McCuthchen. And with Joey Bats hitting the boards at .154, LoMo at .200 and McCutchen .216 for the past half of month I'm surprised I've won any categories. As you can guess I rank at or near the bottom in almost every offensive category.

I keep telling myself it's a long season and all I have to do is get into the playoffs and then it's a brand new game. But am I being too patient?

Anyway I'm just doing a sanity check that the sitch is the shits but waiting it out is right. Otherwise what do I do, cut guys that I'd want over the course of the season to pick up some schmohawk or if I'm lucky a hot schmotato just play now but the cuss myself out in August and Sept?

There ain't much out there in the free agent pool although:
Reynolds - is sitting out there
Chris Johnson & Martinez are out there but I already own Altuve and Lowrie (you can only have sooo many Stro's)

Sweeney
Reddick
Dyson
Campana

I may be ready for a sports shrink after this season. Maybe he can give me some lame ass positive affirmation to use everyday as I watch my season go down the toilet swirl. Ah the sweet smell of suckcess!
