The way I see it $ wise

Kemp $50 = Holliday, Markakis, Putz $45 total

Rollins is not that far from Jose B IMO

I would actually strongly consider that. I think the upgrade from Holliday to Kemp is much bigger than the downgrade from Reyes to Rollins. Sure you're losing a closer in Putz, but he's injury prone and closers are always replaceable. Lidge could probably hold you over until you pick up a new SAGNOF or do a separate trade for a lesser closer. Markakis' stats can be replaced in free agency. Humber is trash, just ignore that he's in there. If you make other good moves accordingly, I think that's a fine trade for you.

You're getting the best player, not just in the trade, but in all of fantasy baseball.

Edit: Forget free agency, you can replace Putz and Markakis from guys already on your bench! Throw Hill in at utility and Aceves in at RP. Is that really that much of a downgrade? You'll have to drop guys when all your DLed players come back anyway, why not consolidate your talent to get Kemp now?

I'm not sure why you're confused that someone would offer this (since you wouldn't take it I can only assume you think it's too crappy a trade for someone to offer you). There's nothing wrong with that offer and, frankly, I'd take Kemp and run.
