I'm falling behind pretty quickly in WHIP and ERA and thought this trade would be a solid upgrade for me. Am I giving away too much?
I’m in a 13 person 5X5 Roto League, with weekly lock-in.

At first glance it looks like too much but Romero is a stud. I would do it. I owned Werth last year and wish I hadn't. Ubaldo is really not good anymore. Sure, he may have a some streaks of brilliance but I doubt it.
The only problem is you're gonna have to replace Werth with Bay or Damon.

Thanks! I'm thinking Damon could be a pretty adequate 5th of. Even Bay should be up decent numbers.

Wait! Before you do it, I just saw that Bay was placed on the DL. Not sure if you know this because he is not listed as DLed on your signature. You might not be able find a decent replacement for him on the waiver wire in a 13 team league.
If you can find some decent on the wire then I would do it, if not you may need to rethink.
