Is this a good deal for me? I currently have Utley in my lone DL spot but I guess I'd have to drop him and use Morse there if I accept. Hamilton has also been off to a torrid start, but he's always got injury concerns, too.

I'd keep Hamilton. You mention Hamilton's injury risk factor, but neglect that Morse is out for 6 weeks without a guarantee that he will come back right after that.

Hamilton might be a sell, but not a sell low.
