David Wright can't pinky to mouth

After so much doubt in the preason, David Wright tore out of the gate and has been doing great, so naturally he hurt his pinky. Latest news is that it is probably fractured. I guess there's a reason I drafted Moustakas to be his backup, too bad he's been doing as badly as I was expecting Wright was going to play to begin the season. Oy!

Yup, apparently he's going to be sporting a splint and word is that he will be out indefinitely.

I'm a Yankee fan, but at some point, you really have to start feeling bad for the Mets. They literally cannot catch a break (no pun intended).

This sucks....how long do you think he'll be out for?? Should I pick up Chone Figgins to fill 3B in his absence??

This is bad news. Knowing the Mets, he won't see the DL until May, and then he'll be out until 2014.

All of my fond RCL memories from last year resurface... Oh, the fun times that I had with David Wright! Glad I don't own him in any leagues this year... Sometimes prejudice is good.

A bunch of Braves fans down here have been talking about ho we should sign him after this season to replace Chipper, and sadly they're right... He'd play 100games a year just like Glass Chipper.
