Not sure if this makes Lou crazy, or a mad genius, but I guess I like it.

I've been hearing things about the Cubs sending over trainers and coaches and such to work on his conditioning and flexibility.

Not sure what to make of this, but it's worth noting anyway if you play in super deep or NL only leagues with OBP.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I thought Lou not dumb enough to leave Fontenot out of the starting lineup this year. This proves he is dumb enough. Now I gotta drop Fontenot because Lou is a genie-ass and can't be trusted. Fuko back in Japan by A.S.

In a way, it's not really Lou's fault. It's the management's aggressive behavior. They could have just given him a one year, $10 million offer with a team option for 09. Now they're stuck with him until the end of 2011 for another $36 mil.

This pisses me off as a fantasy owner. I wanted to be the guy who was ahead of the curve on Fontenot's breakout season, but with him batting a likely 6th or worse, 8th, we're stuck with another year of waiting on the Wonder Hampster.
