Ok, I'll pick up Cozart. Should I drop Aviles, or drop someone else and keep Aviles around as a utility player?

You don't need hill. Also belt doesn't make much sense

Drop Hill - you want Aviles' 2B/SS/3B eligibility for your bench.

Drop Rasmus. Kendrick and Belt both have OF eligibility, so you don't need the depth there, and I think Hill has a better chance at returning value than Rasmus.
